Return it to the front desk when you leave. We pick it up the next day.

Rental terms
- One week is the minimum rental, even for shorter stays.
- Delivery is $45 within 15 miles of our Plano store, plus $20 for each additional 10 miles. Pickup is the same rate.
- Scooters and power chairs go back with their battery charger. A missing charger is billed at replacement cost.
- Renters are responsible for damaged or missing items.

Can you meet me at the airport?
No. Hotel delivery is faster and more reliable, so your equipment is waiting before you land.
What if I am staying with family?
We deliver to homes across DFW too. Put the home address in the request form.
How do I return it?
Leave it at the front desk when you check out. We pick it up the day after.
