Is everything on hieline.com in the store?
No. The store has room for a selection of our most popular categories. Anything else can be shipped to your home, or brought to the store and put together for you at no extra cost. Vehicle lifts need installation, so they cannot come to the store.
Is everything in the store on hieline.com?
Most of it is. Now and then a floor model is not listed online, and display models are sometimes on sale in the store. Ask us when you visit.
Do you take insurance or Medicare?
No. Hieline Medical is cash pay, so there is no paperwork or approval wait. Financing is available through CareCredit.
Can I return something I bought?
Most items can be returned under the Hieline returns policy. Ask us before you buy if you are unsure.
