Hieline Medical offers full electric hospital bed rentals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our standard bed features head, foot, and height adjustability, supports up to 350 lbs, and includes an upgraded foam mattress, adjustable side rails, and locking casters for safety. For larger patients we also rent a heavy duty full electric bed with a 42″ wide sleep surface rated for 600 lbs.

Every bed is delivered and set up by our team, with a distance-based delivery fee. Hospital beds cannot be self-picked-up because they require professional assembly. Call to confirm availability and schedule delivery.

Our full electric hospital bed makes home recovery and long-term care comfortable and safe. Adjust head, foot, and bed height with simple electric controls. Useful for post-surgery recovery, senior care, and anyone with mobility limitations.

Every rental includes an upgraded foam mattress, side rails, and locking casters. Rails come in half or full length, and you choose when you call to order. We deliver it, set it up, and show you how it works, with a distance-based delivery fee. Beds cannot be self-picked-up because they require assembly at the home.

Setup is included with delivery

Hospital beds require professional assembly so we deliver, set up, and adjust the bed to your needs. Self-pickup at our store is not available for hospital beds.

Standard delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store is $45. For locations beyond 15 miles, we add $20 for every additional 10 miles. Delivery is paid upfront when you reserve.

Pickup at the end of the rental period uses the same fee structure. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup so we can schedule a slot.

Service area

We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, and surrounding areas.

For locations outside our standard area, call 214-227-2222 and we will quote a custom delivery fee.

Pay upfront for the rental period plus delivery fee. We accept all major credit cards.
We deliver and set up the bed at your home, demonstrate the controls, and answer your questions.
Call 72 hours before pickup to schedule the return at the end of the rental period.

Common Questions

Do I need a prescription to rent a hospital bed?

No, you can rent directly without a doctor’s order. Just call to schedule.

Can I pick up the bed myself?

No. Hospital beds require professional assembly so we deliver and set up every rental. Self-pickup is not available for beds.

What’s the weight capacity?

Our standard bed holds 350 lbs. For larger patients we rent a heavy duty full electric bed rated for 600 lbs with a 42″ wide sleep surface, at $110 per week or $249 per month.

Are the head and foot adjustable?

Yes. Both beds are full electric. Head, foot, and overall height all adjust with simple electric controls.

What add-ons are available?

Three add-ons: overbed table rental ($45/month, same price weekly), memory foam mattress topper for purchase ($179), and a bedding-in-a-box set for purchase ($89). Call to add any of these to your order.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Rentals auto-renew at the original period rate. Call us anytime to confirm or change your rental period.

Rental Policies

Rental Terms & Conditions

Payment: Full rental period plus delivery fee paid upfront. We accept all major credit cards. HSA and FSA cards cannot be used directly, but we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Renewal: Rentals auto-renew at the original period rate (weekly or monthly). Contact us to change or end your rental.
Cancellation: 15% cancellation fee applies after the order has been processed and the bed is scheduled for delivery. Cancellations on the day of delivery are not refundable.
Cleaning & Returns: $35 cleaning fee if the bed is returned excessively dirty. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup to arrange the return.
Delivery Service Area: $45 base delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store. $20 added per additional 10 miles. Pickup at end of rental uses the same rate. We serve the full DFW metroplex.
Damage: Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Repairs or replacements are quoted at parts and labor cost.
