Renting from Hieline Medical is designed to be simple and clear. Our team helps you confirm availability, choose the right rental term, arrange payment, and schedule pickup or delivery.

From call to delivery.
Most rentals are arranged in a single call. Here is what to expect from start to finish.

Call Hieline Medical to check availability and start your rental. We help you choose the right equipment and review options.

Choose term
Most rentals are available weekly or monthly. We confirm pricing and the rental period that works best for you.

Pay upfront
We review equipment charges plus any delivery or pickup fees. Payment is due at the time of reservation.

Pickup or delivery
Many items can be picked up at our Plano store during business hours. Larger items require delivery and setup by our team.

Return
At the end of the rental, return to our store or contact us to schedule pickup. Give 72 hours notice for pickup returns.

Rental charges
Rental charges continue until the equipment is returned to Hieline Medical or picked up by our team if pickup service was included with your rental. Returning equipment on time helps avoid additional charges.
Equipment availability
Availability changes daily. Calling ahead is the fastest way to confirm a specific item is in stock and to lock in your reservation.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Hieline Medical is a self-pay provider and does not bill insurance directly. We can provide itemized receipts for personal reimbursement claims.
Cancellations
A 15% cancellation fee applies after the order has been processed. Cancellations on the day of delivery are not refundable. Calling before order processing avoids the fee entirely.
