Our story
Why we started this.
Hieline was established in 2010, when our Plano showroom opened to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth community directly. We saw an opportunity to do this work better. People who need mobility equipment, hospital beds, lift chairs, and the dozens of other items in this category deserve a real conversation with someone who knows the products, not a transaction with a faceless retailer.
The name itself was built around what we do. Hie is an Old English word meaning to move with haste. Line is the second half of words like busline or airline. Together: a fast service line. Our slogan, move at the speed of life, isn’t decoration. It’s the name expanded into a sentence.
