Rental policies, plain and simple.
Please review these policies before your rental. They explain equipment condition, customer responsibilities, rental timing, and return expectations for Hieline Medical rentals.

Inspect equipment at delivery
Please inspect the equipment when it is delivered or picked up. If you notice any issue with the item, let our team know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Use with reasonable care
Customers are responsible for using rental equipment with reasonable care during the rental period. Damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges for repair, replacement, or cleaning.
Keep equipment clean
Equipment should be kept in clean and sanitary condition during use and at return. A $35 cleaning fee applies if equipment is returned excessively dirty or requires special cleaning.
Charges continue until return
Rental charges continue until the equipment is returned to us or picked up by our team if pickup service was arranged. Returning on time avoids extra charges.
72-hour pickup notice
If pickup service is included or needed, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to schedule the return. Advance notice helps coordinate timing.
15% cancellation fee
A 15% cancellation fee applies after the order has been processed. Cancellations on the day of delivery are not refundable. Canceling before order processing avoids the fee. Call us as soon as plans change.
Payment is upfront
Payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards. Rental charges plus delivery fees are charged when you book.
Additional terms at order
Some rentals may require additional details at the time of order, including payment confirmation, delivery arrangements, or signed rental documents. Full terms are provided when the rental is finalized.
