A rollator is a four-wheeled walker with hand brakes, a built-in padded seat for resting, and a basket for carrying items. We carry standard (300 lbs) and heavy duty (400 lbs) sizes. Both fold flat for transport and adjust to fit users of different heights.

Self-pickup is available at our Plano store, and we deliver throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Most rentals are ready next day. Same-day rush delivery is $75 when our schedule allows. Call to confirm availability.

We carry standard (300 lbs) and heavy duty (400 lbs) sizes. Both fold flat for transport, adjust to fit users of different heights, and use hand brakes with a parking lock for safety on slopes.

Delivery & Pickup

Getting It to You

Two easy options

Rollators fold flat and fit in any car trunk, so most customers pick up at our Plano store. We can also deliver throughout the DFW metroplex if pickup is not convenient.

Delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store is $45. For locations beyond 15 miles, we add $20 for every additional 10 miles. Delivery is paid upfront when you reserve.

Pickup at the end of the rental period uses the same fee structure. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup so we can schedule it.

Service area

We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, and surrounding areas.

How to Rent

Five Simple Steps

Call us at 214-227-2222 or 1-855-HIELINE. Describe the user and we’ll recommend standard or heavy duty.
Choose pickup or delivery. Both rollators fold for car transport.
Pay upfront for the rental period plus delivery fee if applicable. We accept all major credit cards.
Pick up or take delivery. We’ll adjust the height for the user and demonstrate the brakes.
Call 72 hours before pickup to schedule the return at the end of the rental period.

Do I need a prescription?

What’s the difference between a walker and a rollator?

Most users find rollators easier on the joints and more practical for daily use. Both rentals here are rollators.

What’s the difference between standard and heavy duty?

Can I pick it up myself?

Yes. Both rollators fold flat and fit in any car trunk. Pickup is available at our Plano store.

How heavy is the rollator?

The standard rollator weighs about 15 lbs, and the heavy duty version weighs about 22 lbs. Both are easy to lift in and out of a car.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Rentals auto-renew at the original period rate. Call us anytime to confirm or change your rental period.

Rental Policies

Rental Terms & Conditions

Payment: Full rental period plus delivery fee paid upfront. We accept all major credit cards. HSA and FSA cards cannot be used directly, but we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Renewal: Rentals auto-renew at the original period rate (weekly or monthly). Contact us to change or end your rental.
Cancellation: 15% cancellation fee applies after the order has been processed. Cancellations on the day of delivery are not refundable.
Cleaning & Returns: $35 cleaning fee if the rollator is returned excessively dirty. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup if you arranged delivery and pickup.
Delivery Service Area: $45 base delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store. $20 added per additional 10 miles. Pickup at end of rental uses the same rate. No fee for self-pickup at our store.
Damage: Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Repairs or replacements are quoted at parts and labor cost.
