At Hieline Medical, we want paying for your equipment to be as simple as choosing it. Below are the payment methods we accept, plus details on financing through CareCredit for larger purchases.
The basics
Accepted payment methods.
Credit cards
All major credit cards issued from US banks, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Debit cards
Bank-issued debit cards are accepted as long as they bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. Payment processes immediately.
FSA debit cards
Use your FSA dollars to pay for eligible medical equipment. We recommend you verify eligibility with your FSA carrier before purchase.
Personal check or money order
Mail a traditional check or money order to our Plano office. See mail-in payments below for the address and processing time.
Financing
Financing with CareCredit.
For larger purchases, Hieline Medical partners with CareCredit, a healthcare-specific credit line designed for medical, dental, and wellness expenses. With CareCredit, you can spread the cost of your equipment over time, often with promotional financing options. Recommended for purchases of $200 or more.
CareCredit: healthcare financing
CareCredit is a dedicated healthcare credit card accepted at over 250,000 providers. Apply once, use it for medical equipment, follow-up care, and other healthcare expenses.

How to use CareCredit at Hieline
Once approved, simply mention CareCredit when you pay, in-store or over the phone. Our team will run the transaction through CareCredit instead of a standard credit card. Your CareCredit terms (promotional periods, monthly minimums) apply per CareCredit’s agreement with you.
Important. CareCredit is a credit product. Approval is subject to CareCredit’s underwriting. Promotional financing offers vary and are set by CareCredit, not Hieline Medical. Always review CareCredit’s terms before applying.

Include your order number on the memo line so we can match your payment to your order. Once received and cleared, your order will be processed.
Processing time
Allow mailing time plus 5 business days for your payment to clear before your order is processed. If you need your equipment quickly, we recommend paying by credit card, debit card, or CareCredit instead.

For businesses and facilities.
Purchase Orders and Corporate Accounts
Government agencies, educational institutions, hospitals, and other qualified businesses can establish a Corporate Account and pay using a Purchase Order with Net 30 terms, volume discounts, and a $500 minimum order.
