Hieline Medical offers stand assist patient transport rentals to help with safe transfers between beds, wheelchairs, toilets, and chairs. The unit lets the user actively participate in their transfer while reducing strain on the caregiver. A single sturdy 400 lb capacity model with padded knee and seat pads, locking rear casters, and a compact 25″ width that fits through narrow doorways.
Customer pickup available with a large SUV or truck (the unit weighs only 61 lbs). Delivery is also available throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Most rentals are ready same-day or next-day. Call to confirm availability.

Stand Assist Patient Transport
Safer transfers, less strain
A stand assist patient transport unit (sometimes called a sit-to-stand lift) helps move a person between bed, wheelchair, toilet, and chair. The user holds the handles and stands up with support, while the caregiver guides the rolling base. The result is safer transfers for the user and far less lifting strain for the caregiver.
The unit supports up to 400 lbs, has padded knee and seat pads, locking rear casters, and a compact 25″ width that fits through narrow doorways. At 61 lbs total weight, it transports easily in any large SUV or truck.

Getting It to You
Pickup or delivery
The unit weighs 61 lbs total and breaks down for transport. Customers with a large SUV or truck can pick up at our Plano store. We can also deliver throughout the DFW metroplex if pickup isn’t an option.
Delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store is $45. For locations beyond 15 miles, we add $40 for every additional 10 miles. Delivery is paid upfront when you reserve.
Pickup at the end of the rental period uses the same fee structure. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup so we can schedule it.
Service area
We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, and surrounding areas.

Rental Terms & Conditions
Payment
Full rental period plus delivery fee paid upfront. We accept all major credit cards. HSA and FSA cards cannot be used directly, but we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Renewal
Rentals auto-renew at the original period rate (weekly or monthly). Contact us to change or end your rental.
Cancellation
15% cancellation fee applies after the order has been processed.
Cleaning & Returns
$35 cleaning fee if the unit is returned excessively dirty. Please call at least 72 hours before pickup to schedule the return.
Delivery Service Area
$45 base delivery within 15 miles of our Plano store. $40 added per additional 10 miles. Pickup at end of rental uses the same rate. No fee for self-pickup at our store.
Damage
Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Repairs or replacements are quoted at parts and labor cost.
