Hieline Medical offers pickup and delivery for many rental items. Here is what to expect when arranging delivery, returning equipment, and scheduling pickup at the end of your rental.
Your options
Two ways to receive your rental.
Pickup at our Plano store
Many smaller items can be picked up at our Plano location during normal business hours. Wheelchairs, walkers, knee walkers, scooters, transport chairs, and ramps all fold for car transport. Call ahead to confirm the item is ready.
Delivery throughout DFW
We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for an additional fee. Delivery within 15 miles of Plano is $45. We add $40 for every additional 10 miles. Delivery is paid upfront when you reserve.
Some items require delivery
Hospital beds, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, geri chairs, and patient lifts require delivery and setup by our team because of size, weight, and assembly. These items are not eligible for customer pickup.
Rush delivery available
If availability allows, we offer rush or same-day delivery for an additional $75. Call us early in the day for the best chance of same-day service.
Returns
Scheduling the pickup.
72 Hours Notice
If pickup service is included with your rental, please give us at least 72 hours notice to schedule the return. Advance notice helps us coordinate timing and avoid delays that could extend your rental charges.
Self-Return at Our Store
You can also return equipment yourself during business hours at 720 F Ave Ste 101, Plano TX 75074. Call first so we can confirm someone will be available to receive it.
Charges Continue Until Return
Rental charges continue until the equipment is returned to Hieline Medical or picked up by our team. Returning equipment on time helps you avoid extra rental fees.

We deliver throughout DFW including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, and surrounding areas. Call for locations beyond our standard area.
