Hieline Medical offers 3-wheel mobility scooter rentals for adults who need a safe, convenient way to get around for errands, appointments, travel, recovery, or short-term assistance at home. We carry both portable scooters (lightweight, easy to fold and transport) and heavy duty models for larger users with weight capacities up to 400 lbs.

Mobility Scooter Rental

Hieline Medical offers 3-wheel mobility scooter rentals for short-term and extended use throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Designed for easy operation and everyday use, these scooters make it easier to get around at home, travel to appointments, shop, and manage daily outings with greater comfort and confidence. The 3-wheel design offers a tighter turning radius and easier handling, so everyday mobility becomes simpler and more manageable.
Two Sizes Available
Call us with the user’s height, weight, and intended use and we will recommend the right model. We rent two 3-wheel scooters: Go Go Elite Traveller 3-Wheel (portable, up to 250 lbs, 4 mph, 7.3-10.5 mile range) and Victory 10 3-Wheel (heavy duty, up to 400 lbs, 5.3 mph, 15.5 mile range). Both feature a 3-wheel layout for a tighter turning radius and easier handling.

Optional Delivery & Setup
If you select delivery (available for an additional fee), our technician will set up the equipment, ensure everything is working properly, and provide a brief orientation on basic use and operation.
Getting It to You
Delivery
We deliver scooters throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Most orders are delivered same-day or next-day.
Delivery & pickup fees:
- $45 within 15 miles of our Plano store
- +$40 for each additional 10 miles beyond 15 miles
- Pickup at end of rental is charged at the same rate
- Both delivery and pickup fees are charged upfront at the time of rental

Self-Pickup Option
Scooters can be self-picked up from our Plano location at 720 F Ave Ste 101. Call ahead to confirm inventory and pickup hours.
Pickup at End of Rental
When your rental period is complete, call 214-227-2222 to schedule pickup. Please give us at least 72 hours notice so we can schedule retrieval. We do not schedule pickups on the due date itself. If pickup isn’t scheduled before your renewal date, the next rental period will automatically be charged.

- 2Choose your rental periodSelect weekly ($150) or monthly ($350). Rentals auto-renew at the end of each period unless you call to cancel before the renewal date.
- 3Schedule delivery or arrange self-pickupWe can deliver to your home, hotel, or care facility. Or pick up from our Plano location during business hours.
- 4We deliver and confirm the fitOur team delivers the scooter, demonstrates the controls, and walks you through operation.
- 5Call when you’re doneWhen you no longer need the scooter, call us to schedule pickup. No boxes, no shipping labels, no hassle.
Common Questions
Yes. If you keep the equipment past your due date, the rental automatically renews at the same rental period: weekly rentals renew weekly, monthly rentals renew monthly. To stop billing, return the equipment to our store before the due date, or for delivered orders, call at least 72 hours before your due date to schedule pickup.
No prescription is required. We do not bill Medicare or insurance directly. All rental payments are made directly to Hieline Medical at time of delivery.
We rent two 3-wheel scooters: the Go Go Elite Traveller 3-Wheel (portable, up to 250 lbs) and the Victory 10 3-Wheel (heavy duty, up to 400 lbs). Call to confirm what we have available for your rental dates.
Yes. Call us and we can discuss applying a portion of your rental payments toward a purchase. New scooter pricing starts from $650.
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. Damage beyond normal use, lost equipment, or stolen equipment will be charged to your card on file at repair or full replacement cost. A $35 cleaning fee applies if the equipment is returned dirty. Inspect the scooter when you receive it and report any concerns immediately.
We ask for at least 72 hours notice so we can schedule pickup. Call 214-227-2222 to schedule. If pickup is not scheduled before your renewal date, you will be charged for the next rental period.
A 15% cancellation fee applies once an order has been processed. No refunds are issued for early returns or once equipment has been delivered or picked up.
